Hiring Administrative Assistant
- Language Required :Malayalam/Hindi speaker
- Criteria: Candidate ,Should have experience from Brokerage firms
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Drafting and Creating Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, Form I and other property related contracts online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure that the deal is closed as quickly as possible.
- Build good working relationship among Brokers and Clients and Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, and details as necessary.
- Managing a client database and preparing reports.
- Prepares Invoices and Receipts for deals closed.
- Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
- Visiting Trustee office to handle important issues.
