Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication among departments involved in commercial real estate leads and transactions.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to leads, transactions, and client interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and client interactions.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support team members in scheduling meetings, appointments, and logistical arrangements.
- Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, facilitating timely completion.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Uphold ethical standards and company policies in all interactions and transactions.

Required Minimum Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, with exposure to commercial real estate operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
