Administrative Coordinator

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training / Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs and providing exceptional administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage participant registrations for training programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all registrations
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of training materials
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants and clients
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
  • Support the training team with logistical arrangements and event planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
