Description:
The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the institute’s daily activities. This role involves organizing, coordinating, and overseeing administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing communication, and assisting faculty, staff, and students. The Administrative Coordinator will also assist in the preparation of reports, maintaining records, and ensuring that all administrative processes align with the institute’s objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
