Administrative Secretary / Coordinator to the site office in Ras Al-Khaimah (preferably Filipino)

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical duties, providing administrative assistance, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The role is located in Rak, UAE.

Qualifications:

  • Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and managing records
  • Administrative Assistance skills, including managing schedules, booking travel arrangements, and preparing reports
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
