FFG Sports Management is pleased to announce that we are looking for an Administrative Specialist for the project Juventus Academy Dubai & Sharjah.

Only Dubai & Sharjah based candidates can apply, if they fulfill the below-mentioned requirement.

Job Description:

  • Conducting communications with clients via email, phone and WhatsApp.
  • Database building and recalls.
  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Customer management for Juventus football academy via email, telephone and on site.
  • Support in Accounting & Invoicing
  • Support in Organizing tournaments and events for the kids
  • Cooperating with the Admin Team and the Coaching Team

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years’ work experience in the UAE
  • Team Working Capabilities
  • English Speaker (Arabic or italian would be a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
  • Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Passion for Sports Industry and football would be a plus
