Job Description:
- Conducting communications with clients via email, phone and WhatsApp.
- Database building and recalls.
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
- Customer management for Juventus football academy via email, telephone and on site.
- Support in Accounting & Invoicing
- Support in Organizing tournaments and events for the kids
- Cooperating with the Admin Team and the Coaching Team
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 or 2 years’ work experience in the UAE
- Team Working Capabilities
- English Speaker (Arabic or italian would be a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
- Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Passion for Sports Industry and football would be a plus
