Description:
AG Resources is urgently hiring an Administrator (Document Controller) for the Sales Operation team of a Real Estate Company, the position is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duration: 03 – 06 Months (Extendable)
Job Descriptions:
- Help in establishing Real estate-related forms and sales documents.
- Prepare a Reservation agreement (RA), Sales and Purchase agreement (SPA), and know your customer (KYC) document with customers through all sales channels.
- Copy, scan, and archive documents physically and digitally using company systems.
- Retrieve files as requested by management and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sales transactions and customer details.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
- Dispatching SPA and other related documents, if any, to international clients.
- Delivering Units Hand over documents to end users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller in a real estate company in Dubai with at least 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Work on a temporary contract (renewable/extendable contract based on performance and client’s budget)
- Hands-on experience using ERP (system), and MS Office.
- Proficient typing and communications skills both verbal and in written format.
- Fluent in English and understanding Arabic.
- Attention to accuracy and detail.
- Only Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
