We Are looking for A Multi-Tasking Admin To Join Our Team
• Provide administrative support to an organization or individual
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Organize and maintain files and databases
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Prepare documents and reports
• Handle financial tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking
• Coordinate events and meetings
• Provide support to other team members
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Managing Accounts
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Job Requirements
• Any Degree or equivalent diploma or qualifications
• Excellent English Speaking and Writing
• Microsoft Office Skills ( Word - Excel - Power Point )
• Keyboard and office software skills
•Telephone handling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly motivated with initiative
• Prior Real Estate experience, a plus
• Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a Plus
