Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key accountabilities & Tasks

Administrative:

  • issuance of IOC and agreement documents as per customers’ application requirement Organize and maintain case related documentation on proper systems/ files, as per date
  • Review daily workflows and cases received from the front office team and coordinate for any missing documents if needed for printing of the NOC
  • Manage department’s daily email inquiries and assign to respective staff, ensuring it is closed within SLA
  • Check for new customer ownership and customer information details and timely update Nakheel records
  • Submit any report or log required by the senior for daily or pending cases

Communication:

  • External Customers: Contact customers to update regarding their documents and/ or missing information needed
  • Internal Customers: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer cases are closed timely and effectivelv
  • Report any issues to the management
