Hriing Administrator
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 3000 AED & Above based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Communication: Answer and direct calls, handle mail, and manage email correspondence.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Data Entry: Maintain and organize records in databases and spreadsheets, and assist with data entry tasks.
- Support: Provide administrative support, including report preparation, research, and special projects.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, address inquiries, and ensure a professional environment.
- Financial Administration: Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1-3 years’ background of proposal preparation, customer communication, presentation work experience in a Valve Industry on related field
- Experience in UAE & Middle east countries is an advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office & MS Excel
- English & Hindi ( Fluent )
