Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager at Square Yards in Gurgaon india. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for real estate sales, providing excellent customer service, sales training, and ensuring smooth transactions.
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 6 months 𝐨𝐟 Administration/ support/ operations/documentation experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and personal connections to drive mortgage sales.
Manage and respond to inbound leads efficiently, ensuring a high level of service and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct comprehensive mortgage lending activities, including product analysis and financial consultations.
Stay up-to-date with mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
Collaborate with the underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth loan approvals and closings.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the mortgage industry, with a solid understanding of mortgage products and processes.
Strong business relationship management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
Background in finance or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for clients.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
