We are looking for an Admin/Receptionist with expertise in Real Estate Documentation to join our dynamic team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with real estate paperwork, we’d love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling calls
  • Overseeing real estate documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork
  • Assisting with property-related administrative tasks and office correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and handling scheduling for the real estate team
  • Providing support to other team members with general office management

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software/tools
  • Previous experience in administration, real estate, or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, professional attitude
