Admissions Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admissions Team Leader to oversee our admissions process and guide the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in admissions, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for student success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the admissions team and coordinating all aspects of the admissions process.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall student experience.
  • Representing the college at recruitment events and developing relationships with external partners.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.(masters preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
