Advanced NDT Technician AE UT

If you are looking for new challenge in 2024, our company is recruiting for Advanced NDT Technicians. We have multiple opportunities for Dubai office for experienced Technicians on a retained basis, ideally who possess AE and UT certification. Approx. 30% of time to work on Customer´s sites across LATAM and EMEA.

Tasks and Responsibilities as Advanced NDT Technician:

Carry out Advanced NDT Inspection of pipelines, vessels and tanks in compliance with Company and Client procedures, incl. for field works and technical reports.

Prepare NDT Technique sheets and scan plans. Review inspection reports, isometrics, pipes, vessel general arrangements and P&ID drawings. Prepare inspection reports and conclusions.

Manage and report on the status of all in progress inspection and integrity activities on the site.

Maintain up to date knowledge of innovative NDT techniques.

HSEQ procedures. Be aware of, and understand your HSEQ responsibilities relevant to your role. Work in accordance with your departmental HSEQ and customer´s procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Desirable

Ability to work with ultrasonic testing UT, Acoustic Emissions AE. AE / UT / PCN Phased Array/ ToFD / Radiography/ MPI / DPI (a mixure of)

IRATA Level I or greater.

Knowledge of technological diagnostic processes for AE, ultrasonic testing and other types of non-destructive testing (NDT).

Experience in using a PC, proficiency in Microsoft Office, CorelDRAW, AutoCad or other similar applications. Capable to convert drawings into 3D modeling for vessels and pipes.

Education: higher technical. Experience in field work at customer sites in diagnosing technical device objects - 1 year.

Knowledge of English is a mandatory. Knowledge of other European language is a plus.

We have projects OnShore and OffShore, if you already have BOSIET, OPITO and other certifications you have an advantage, if not we will help you to obtain the appropriate certifications for each project.
