Thrivestate is a leading real estate company based in Marina Plaza, Dubai. We specialize in luxury properties, offering exceptional real estate services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Manager/Partner Manager to join our dynamic team and manage relationships with partners who bring in clients through our partner portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing partners to increase client referrals through the partner portal.
- Identify and recruit new partners and affiliates to expand the referral network.
- Monitor affiliate program performance, track leads, and ensure a smooth referral process.
- Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to succeed, including portal navigation and best practices.
- Oversee partner payouts, ensuring accurate and timely payments based on partner agreements and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure partner satisfaction and successful client onboarding.
- Analyse partner performance metrics and work with partners to improve conversion rates.
- Regularly report on partner program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends to better support partner success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in affiliate/partner management, preferably within the real estate or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple partners and their pay-outs.
- Ability to analyse performance data and make strategic decisions for improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, affiliate marketing software, and payout management systems is a plus.
- Compensation: Base salary plus a competitive commission structure based on partner performance.
