Agriculture Technician

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Agricultural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support, handling customer inquiries, and testing equipment, and systems used in agricultural processes. You will collaborate closely with agronomists, farmers, and other engineers to innovate and improve existing farming techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer 24h product consultation issues.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
• Provide on-site guidance and cleaning services.
• Responsible for order entry and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into agricultural practices.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of agricultural equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in agricultural engineering, preferably in designing and testing agricultural machinery.
• Familiarity with hydroponics and vertical farming is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
