Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Greenhouse and Net House cultivation.
- Expertise: Proficiency in the latest farming techniques for Tomatoes, Cucumber, and Capsicum.
- GCC Exposure: Prior experience working within the GCC region.
- Education: A background in Agricultural studies is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Implement advanced agricultural practices to optimize crop yield and quality.
- Monitor and manage plant health, soil nutrition, and irrigation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.
