As an AI Engineer within our research team, you will play a pivotal role in the development of advanced AI models and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include model training and development, ML Ops, and the generation of AI models. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists, working on individual research problems to create working prototypes that push the boundaries of AI technology.

Core Accountabilities:

1. AI Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art AI models, including deep learning models, to address complex research problems.

2. Model Training: Develop and implement effective training pipelines, including data preprocessing, augmentation, and hyperparameter tuning, to ensure high model performance.

3. ML Ops: Establish and maintain ML Ops practices to streamline model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production environments.

4. AI Model Generation: Utilize generative AI techniques to create innovative and novel AI models that can revolutionize our industry.

5. Individual Research: Work on individual research problems and explore novel approaches to address challenging AI and machine learning problems.

6. Prototyping: Build working prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of AI-driven innovations.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.

8. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the field.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Proven experience in AI model development and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of projects.

- Expertise in ML Ops, including experience with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on research projects.

- Passion for technology and a genuine interest in pushing the boundaries of AI.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with generative AI techniques is a plus.
