The Fab Crew are looking for a capable and experienced Air Conditioning Duct Cleaning Specialist to join our team. We are looking to expand our existing operations team to include AC cleaning and servicing for our customers Do you have at least four years’ experience leading a team of duct cleaners? Are you customer focused and technically capable?

- To assess air conditioning ducts and vents at the customers home.
- To take before and after pictures to share with customers so they can see the work required.
- To identify issues or problems that the customer may have with their air ducts or fans and to know what to do to fix them
- To advise on best practices and quality methods of working to assist with creation of an operations manual for AC duct cleaning services.
- Knowledge of the equipment and chemicals to use to clean and sanitize AC ducts and to use the correct tool and solution for the job
- To train and develop technicians to ensure that the highest quality and safety standards are followed.
- To have practical experience of AC cleaning and the ability to identify and solve commonly faced problems.
- The ability to create access holes if required and to repair them in a professional quality manner
- To help the management develop service packages and programmes to ensure that the customers AC is maintained correctly. Preventative maintenance for AC duct cleaning.
- To be a supportive and effective team leader to the duct cleaning crew.
- To communicate well with management and to ask for help and support as required.
- To understand the needs of different types of properties and cooling systems. Split AC, District Cooling. Including both villas, apartments and commercial spaces ideally.
