Key Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Formula, Pivot, Slicer, Graphs and Macro) and Advanced Power Point
- Customer focus mind-set approach
- Good time management and able to handle deadlines
- Exposure to service cost forecasting and mathematical analysis
Job Description
- Warranty / Service Cost Analysis: Country-wise, category-wise variance analysis
- Service Cost Forecasting & Budgeting
- Monthly / quarterly forecasting of fixed and variable expenses
- Calculation of Failure Ratio and Unit Repair Cost based on the past record; Creation of Provision for future liability (for variable cost)
- Reconciliation of service cost booking and Preparation of Service Cost Report with variance analysis and presenting to Management, Business Units and Regional Office
- Repair Data.
