As an Angel Investor, you will provide essential financial support and strategic guidance to propel our groundbreaking PropTech application. Your involvement will be crucial in identifying investment opportunities, offering insights, and helping shape our expansion strategy. This role is based in Dubai with some flexibility for remote engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide capital investment and strategic advice to drive Akaar's growth.
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine our business model and expansion plans.
• Leverage your network to open doors and create new opportunities for Akaar.
• Offer mentorship and industry insights to help navigate the challenges of scaling a tech startup.
• Participate in key decision-making processes and board meetings.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
• Proven track record of successful investments, particularly in the tech or PropTech sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic oversight.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant investment or finance-related qualifications or certifications.
• Previous experience as an angel investor is highly desirable.
