Description:
Your primary duties include analyzing and diagnosing TableCheck solutions, understanding our client's business needs, and designing and implementing our technology solution.
The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to work closely with clients, understand their unique requirements, and implement solutions that optimize their business processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of software applications, enhancing the overall efficiency and productivity of clients' businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee Kick-Off to Go-Live project schedules for clients
- Configure initial settings for clients on TableCheck
- Providing training sessions for clients and their employees to ensure they understand how to use the software effectively.
- Design and deliver product training to clients and enable them to utilize TableCheck’s features fully & rapidly
- Be an expert on product features and keep abreast of new feature launches and update team members
- Prepare User Guides & Manuals whenever needed
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts with a focus on customer retention & improving customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients
- Provide onsite & remote support to clients to solve issues timely
- Liaise with Global teams to ensure brand consistency
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required
What we are looking for:
- A must-have experience in restaurant reservation management / OTA / Cloud
- At least three years of proven relevant work experience in hospitality software & the F&B industry
- Sales experience in an F&B software company (UAE/GCC experience is a must)
- Superb presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- A high degree of understanding of technology, CRM maintenance & experience (Zoho would be a plus!)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English and Arabic would be a plus!)
- Fast learning ability coupled with a passion for sales & technology.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
