Description:
Hiring Applications Support Engineer
Essential day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
- Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
- Prioritize multiple, open issues.
- Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
- Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions.
- Maintain service reports.
- Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in computer science or similar.
- 2-5 years in similar position.
- Extensive knowledge in databases structure, queries and design.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding in Integration methodologies, APIs, Webhooks and Web services.
- Excellent communication skills, email writing, and reporting.
- Project coordination skills.
- Extra: experience with Perfect Gym, Zenoti, Micros.
