Arabic Legal Consultant

Kadernani and Company Legal Consultants Limited is a specialized boutique law firm operating in the UAE and offering comprehensive legal solutions to both domestic and international clients. With our expanding local courts practice, we are looking to recruit an experienced Arabic Legal Consultant who will be an integral part of our firm and will be responsible for independently managing the local UAE courts practice.

The Role

• You should be an experienced Arabic legal consultant having substantial experience in independently advising and handling civil, commercial, rental, construction, real estate, labour and family law cases from their inception to the final disposition of the case before local courts.
• You would be required to regularly liaison with local UAE Courts and authorities, conduct legal research, draft and file memoranda, pleadings and applications at all levels of local Courts as well as drafting legal documents including but not limited to contracts, deeds, power of attorneys, legal notices and legal opinions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands on practical experience in a reputable law firm preferably in the UAE.
• Law degree from a reputable law university is a mandatory requirement and possessing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and dual qualification will be considered as an advantage.
• Being open-minded, paying attention to detail, motivated, flexible, capable of working independently, developing strong client relationships and having a good command of English is a must.
