Description:

Immediate Joining Required for a Architect at Ramesh & Associate in Dubai. This role involves leading architectural design projects, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the successful implementation of complex design plans, with a focus on luxury villas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architecture design activities, including concept development and detailed design.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and QS departments to ensure integrated project delivery.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely and cost-effective implementation of design plans.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess conditions, identify challenges, and propose solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure design compliance and innovation.

• Collaborate closely with the project management team to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

• Ensure compliance with DM, DDA, TRAKHEES approvals, and Dubai Building Code regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Master’s degree.

• Minimum of 4 years of architectural experience in Dubai, with a focus on luxury villas, retail, or commercial projects.

• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing complex projects.

• Proficiency in architectural software.

• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.

• Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with Dubai Building Code regulations and requirements.

• Located in Dubai or willing to relocate.
