Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Study Coordinator with in-depth knowledge of the education industry, specifically schools and programs in the UAE and internationally. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between Edukko and our student and parent users, ensuring they have a seamless experience on our platform. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus, as it will help us better serve our diverse user base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Coordination:
- Assist students and parents with onboarding and navigating the Edukko platform.
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues via email, chat, or phone.
- Provide guidance on utilizing platform features to enhance the user experience.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Create and manage learning reports for students.
- Handle invoicing and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Perform secretarial duties as needed to support the team.
- Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal team to relay user insights and suggestions.
- Sales Incentive Opportunities:
- Identify potential opportunities to promote additional Edukko services.
- Engage in light sales activities to encourage platform adoption and usage.
Qualifications:
- Education Industry Experience: Must have experience with schools and educational programs in the UAE and internationally.
- Secretarial and Organizational Skills: Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital platforms and tools.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekday mornings or evenings. and one day Weed- end
- Sales Aptitude: Ability or willingness to participate in sales activities is a plus.
