Description:
The main responsibilities will include:
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance.
- Building, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, and becoming the point of contact for the assigned market.
- Negotiate contract agreements with key customers.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
- Coordinate the marketing activities/implementation with the team.
- Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of innovation growth plans.
- Monitoring competitor activities and conducting research.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of sales experience within the Retail Industry. Vision care experience is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
