💼 Role: Area Visual Merchandiser
🕒 Experience: 7–10 years in retail VM (multi-store or regional role preferred)

What You’ll Do:
🧠 Visual Strategy Execution
Implement seasonal VM directives across all stores in your area
Ensure global brand guidelines are adapted for regional appeal
🏬 Store Support & Training
Support stores in weekly VM updates, launches & campaigns
Train store teams to ensure consistency in standards
📊 Commercial Awareness
Collaborate with merch and ops teams to drive sell-through via impactful VM
Analyze store layouts and customer journeys for commercial optimization
📍 Multi-Store Oversight
Regular store visits to ensure adherence to VM SOPs
Identify and act on region-specific visual needs

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s or diploma in Visual Merchandising or related field
✔️ 7–10 years of VM experience in fashion retail, including multi-store handling
✔️ Strong creative and spatial skills
✔️ Proficiency in planogramming tools and MS Office
✔️ Must be based in Dubai
✔️ Ready to travel and join immediately
