Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration and manage the company’s vehicle fleet for efficient operations.
  • Prepare and manage monthly invoices for vehicle leases, traffic fines, and garage services.
  • Maintain vehicle allocation records and assist users with fines, service needs, and vendor coordination.
  • Track vehicle handovers and clearances during employee leave or exit.
  • Ensure Salik/Darb balances and vehicle registration documents are up to date.
  • Handle quotes, deliveries, and LPOs for office supplies, coordinating timely payments with Accounts.
