Description:
A prominent client of ours, a leading supplier of automotive parts and accessories in the UAE, is currently looking to hire an Assistant HR Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of HR and administrative functions within the organization.
- Manage the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to separation, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle visa processing and related immigration matters for employees.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate and administration of resources & facilities, including communication services, utility services, vehicle and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and maintain up-to-date trade licenses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government liaison works and represent the company in related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in HR and administration, in the UAE.
- Proven experience in handling visa processes, payroll, recruitment, and administration.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
