Description:
HR Interface Executive Search is recruiting an Assistant Manager / Manager - Marketing Communications for Zaki Design Group. The successful candidate will be based in Dubai, equipped with 3-5 years of overall Marketing experience with robust media connections, adept at social media marketing and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Marketing and PR/Communications strategies in alignment with the company's needs & business goals.
- Bring to the table strong & purpose driven relationships within the media channels and leverage these connections to enhance company visibility & reputation.
- Manage social media platforms with engaging, brand-aligned content serving the short & long term needs of the company.
- Organize PR events and participate in trade shows to boost brand image and explore new marketing channels, continually increasing the brand visibility & recall of the company.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and PR efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate PR strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Develop innovative marketing channels to increase and enhance the company's business bottom line.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications or allied disciplines. Master's/PG in Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software.
- Min 3 to max 5 years of experience in Marketing areas mentioned in this JD.
- Proven experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the apparels/garments or retail sectors.
- Strong rolodex of existing media contacts in Dubai/UAE/GCC.
- Expertise in digital marketing and social media strategies.
