Assistant Manager Business Development

Sahl is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to join our growing team and assist the Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth initiatives, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and acquire new clients, ensuring a consistent and robust sales pipeline.

2. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities for expansion.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling.

4. Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.

5. Contribute to the creation of compelling proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the value of Sahl's solutions.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

7. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a strong professional network and promote Sahl's brand.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role preferably in the restaurant industry in the local market of Dubai

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

4. Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

5. Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

6. Familiarity with restaurant management solutions or related technology is a plus.
