We are hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager
For a multi-award-winning global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate based in Dubai, UAE, with operations across the GCC.
Responsibilities:
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, digital, influencers marketing, promotions and events)
- CRM experience to Initiate and assess customer requirements and dedication
- Copy for (SMS, social, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media & publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns and submitting performance reports.
- Collaborate with managers in controlling marketing regions budgets and monitoring expenses
Requirements:
- University degree in business (ideally with marketing and sales focus) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Big format Retail / Events planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on man-management and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Perfect English written and spoken and Arabic is also required.
