Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Outlets Manager to oversee our main restaurant, boutique café, pool bar, and in room dining operations. This role requires a proactive leader who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, training and developing team members, and ensuring service excellence across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Training:
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team for all outlets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills in service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Guest Satisfaction and Service Recovery:
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys and direct communication to assess satisfaction levels.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring service recovery processes are implemented.
- Actively seek out opportunities to exceed guest expectations and enhance their dining experiences.
- Operational Management:
- Support the team in daily operations, ensuring all outlets run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Collaborate with the Culinary Manager to develop and implement promotional initiatives and special events.
- Monitor outlet performance metrics and provide insights to drive sales and improve profitability.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with team members, management, and other departments.
- Prepare and present reports on outlet performance, guest feedback, and team training progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations, including service standards and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recover service issues effectively.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
