Assistant Procurement Manager

 

Description:

• Procurement and Vendor Management: Oversee the procurement process for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), including identifying and vetting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

• Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in developing and managing the FF&E budget, ensuring that expenditures are within budgetary constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as architects, designers, and project managers, to ensure that FF&E requirements are met in line with project timelines and specifications.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all FF&E items meet quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections and quality checks as necessary.

• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of FF&E items, including tracking, storage, and disposal, ensuring that the organization has the necessary items on hand when needed
