Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the restaurant industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
- Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
