Description:
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales operations, strategies, and performance of a team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Initiate and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Oversee all offline marketing initiatives and align them with sales numbers
- Identify new business prospects (Companies, Partners, Clients) to reach the right audience, visit clients.
- Produce reports weekly/ monthly/annually, company brochures, pamphlets, and other related marketing and sales-related material
- Prepare presentations for client meetings with accurate pricing information including all our products, services, customer feedback, and experience videos
- Liaise weekly with the Sales Manager to monitor and record market response to campaigns, videos, social media presence, etc.
- Monitor competitor’s product activity and generate sales insight for the company.
- Update CRM systems with sales visit information and prepare regular reports for management
- Prepare coherent marketing reports using data analytics tools.
- Experience with B2B based partnerships in the travel category (having dealt with DMC ( Destination Management Companies ) is a must,
- Partners with counterparts to effectively manage the business opportunity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related Field
- 7-10 years of experience in sales from Leisure , Travel Arrangement industry
- Having dealt with DMC ( Destination Management Companies ) is a must,
- Mandatory : English (Written and Spoken),Microsoft 365
- Job-specific Skills:Numerical Ability, Excel Skills, Attention to Detail
