Assistant Store Manager

Description:

Regal Traders is seeking experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our team in Dubai and Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store compliance with company standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Analyze sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in fabric, fashion, or related industries.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach.
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE or Qatar.
