Hiring Assistant Training Manager for a leading Retail Group in UAE.

Supporting the Head of HR in designing, developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across the organization.

This role will be responsible for managing the entire training process, including needs analysis, content development, delivery, evaluation, and reporting.

UAE Driving License is a must
