Madison Pearl is working with an elite law firm with offices in the Middle East to recruit a Corporate Associate to join their Dubai based Team. This role will include M&A and private equity transactions on a regional and cross border basis across the energy, resources, and infrastructure sectors.

This role offers candidates the opportunity to work with some of the region and globes leading Partners. The team consists of a diverse mix of national and international lawyers, servicing clients across the Middle East and further afield.

We are looking for an energetic and charismatic individual with 4-8 years of M&A and private equity experience gained within the UAE, U.K or Australia.
