* Represent clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediation, and litigation.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and regulations in the UAE.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution.

* A valid UAE legal license.

* Minimum 15 years of experience practicing law in the UAE, with a strong focus on commercial, real estate, and civil law.

* Fluency in Arabic

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
