Manage key accounts with a dedicated Account Manager/ Executive
Organizing meetings with key clients and attending meetings with Account Managers and Executives for their accounts
Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Account Executives
Work closely and effectively with account managers between Riyadh and Jeddah to ensure a smooth relationship and delivery of projects
Organizing processes and resources to support effective collaboration
Proactively look for new/smarter ways to improve department processes and procedures to deliver a faster, more efficient service to clients
Network regularly and attend key media/industry events; become visible and prominent member of The Qode
Identify challenges faced by clients and the industry to evolve in an ever-changing communications landscape
Oversee writing and distribution of communications material, press releases, Q&A, speeches, presentations and collateral materials of clients
Develop and foster a relationship with clients and media in a proactive manner to communicate the client’s message
Oversee monthly coverage reports, analysing media coverage
Crisis Management – handle both internal and external crises related to the clients
Work closely with teams on developing strategies for clients, especially new clients / projects
Ensure that client’s needs are met and exceeded
Support in conceptualizing and executing events for the client
Manage multiple tasks for the client and work with deadlines
Recruitment – being involved in the recruitment process and interviewing potential candidates for PR
Actively seek new clients within the luxury content of The Qode
Support in the research and preparation of new proposals
Work closely with the General Manager to develop strategic plans and accomplish operational goals for the department, to accommodate the envisioned rapid
