Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling services (not products). The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B services space, specifically in selling value-driven, ROI-based solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping businesses improve their operational efficiency and strategic HR management through expert training and consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the service offerings of Strategic HR Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Excellence models.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including businesses looking to enhance their operational efficiency, strategic HR practices, and business excellence frameworks.
- Consultative Selling: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and highlight the ROI and value of the services offered.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotes. Lead negotiations to close deals in alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress against targets. Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (consultants, trainers, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling services (training, consulting, or similar professional services). Experience in selling ROI-based, value-driven solutions is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with areas like HR Management, Lean Six Sigma, Business Excellence, or similar training and consulting services is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales with a consultative approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver impactful presentations and build strong relationships with clients.
- Target-Driven: Strong results orientation with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
