Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support deployment and configurations in the mobile application platform.
- Operate & Monitor Web & Mobile Applications.
- Monitor collaborations environment for anomalies and errors, reporting and escalation of issues.
- Provide the required daily support, maintenance, and management of the platforms. Provide Level-II support and prepare escalation to IT Development and Executive Management Team.
- Forecasts system demands and recommends upgrades, expansions and reconfigurations. Develop and maintain high standards in establishing procedures and policies to address routine jobs and certain resolution protocols.
- Attending Customer Complains in a timely manner maintain section’s KPI.
- Documentation, follow-up and Maintenance of released Applications.
