The Audio/Video Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of audio, video, and home entertainment products. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assess their audio and video needs.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on products like home theater systems, speakers, televisions, projectors, audio equipment, smart home technology, etc.
- Recommend products and services based on customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before, during, and after the sale.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in audio and video equipment.
- Learn detailed information about product features, technical specifications, and compatibility.
- Attend training sessions or product demonstrations as necessary.
- Sales Targets & Goals:
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a record of sales, follow-ups, and customer inquiries using CRM software.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve overall store performance.
- Order Processing & Support:
- Assist customers with purchasing, financing, and installation options.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- Support installation services, ensuring that customer systems are properly integrated and working.
- Store Maintenance:
- Ensure that display areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with the latest products.
- Update product displays and promotional materials regularly.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
