Audit Lead

Madison Pearl has been exclusively mandated by an influential institution in the GCC to identify and select an experienced internal auditor. We’re looking for an exceptional candidate with 15 years of experience, including leadership roles working with top-tier asset management institutions or sovereigns who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive risk-based internal audit plans. Must have experience in auditing investment lifecycles and have hands-on experience with private asset classes including private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the international assets audit to ensure effective operations.
• Guiding management or stakeholders on internal control, risk management, and governance.
• Lead internal audits to ensure quality and timely delivery of audit reports.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends.

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Have 15 years’ experience in investment audits
• Professional certifications are highly desired CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Must have experience working with a sovereign, investment bank, or large asset manager
• Investment life cycle audit experience as well as investment process of private equity asset classes
• Valuations, impairments and organizational due diligence is a must.
• Fluent in English
