TalentCompass is currently working with clients across Canada to find them experienced Autobody Technicians (Panel Beater). We have positions available in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Saskatchewan. Our clients have pre-approved LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) and this is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Remove, repair and replace bent and damaged panels and frame structure
• Tighten various vehicle components involving riveting and replacing door bearings and bushings
• Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers
• Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
• Repair or replace interior components
• Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair body damages to fiberglass and suspension components

Qualifications

• Must have grade 12th (high school diploma)
• IELTS or any other English testing is preferred
• Must have at least 3 years of panel beater experience
• Solid work ethic and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative
