Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the UAE automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of the automotive department, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of automotive professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the automotive department, ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Workflow Management: Efficiently manage workflow and coordinate activities to meet production and service targets within specified timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality automotive services and products.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric approach within the team, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges and conflicts promptly, implementing effective solutions to maintain smooth workflow.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant departments to manage inventory effectively, optimizing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the UAE automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive operations, maintenance, and service processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
