B2b Sales Executive

 

Description:

This position will be instrumental in building our B2B client base, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing our footprint in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the pet and equine industries and a proven ability to adapt consumer-focused products for business clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lead the development and execution of B2B sales strategies to introduce and establish our pet and equine product lines in the UAE market.

Identify and engage potential business clients, including pet supply stores, equine facilities, veterinary clinics, and distributors.

Transition insights from our B2C operations to create tailored B2B marketing and sales tactics.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing, ensuring a seamless integration of new clients.

Provide exceptional account management to maintain and grow business relationships.

Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure that product offerings and campaigns meet B2B market needs.

Regularly report on sales progress and market intelligence to senior management.

Achieve and exceed sales targets set for market penetration and revenue growth.

 

Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the pet and equine product sectors.

Strong familiarity with the UAE market dynamics and business culture.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
