Back Office Engineer

Description:

To provide innovative lighting solutions to our customers we are looking for qualified Back-office Engineer, Lighting with 3-4 years of Proven experience in Lighting industries. Engineer will be responsible to assist Project Managers in all operational aspects of the sales process such as preparing quotations, proposals, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

1. Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for lighting projects, taking into account client requirements, budget constraints, and product specifications.

2. Conduct thorough estimations of lighting requirements, including fixture quantities, wattage calculations, and recommended lighting layouts.

3. Create comprehensive Dialux reports, utilizing lighting simulation software to analyse lighting design, BOQ’s and must have knowledge in DMX, DALI systems

4. Collaborate with the sales team and project managers to provide technical support during the bidding process and project execution stages.

5. Stay up to date with industry trends, new lighting technologies, and energy-efficient solutions to offer innovative lighting recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of lighting principles, photometry, and lighting design software (such as Dialux, Autocad )

3. Experience in preparing quotations and cost estimations for lighting projects.

4. Familiarity with lighting fixtures, control systems, and industry standards.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
